Failure to make the final payment may result in delayed delivery of project deliverables.

4. Client Responsibilities

Supply photos and other materials necessary for rendering and VR creation.
Adhere to agreed-upon timelines for communication and approvals.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, renderings, and VR walkthroughs created by Our Design Story remain the intellectual property of Our Design Story until final payment is made. Upon full payment, clients are granted non-exclusive rights to use the deliverables for personal purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our Design Story is not liable for:

Any discrepancies between the renderings and the actual construction outcomes.
Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate client information.
Unauthorized use of deliverables by third parties.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Projects canceled before significant work begins may be eligible for a partial refund of the upfront payment.
No refunds are available once work has commenced on 3D renderings or VR walkthroughs.
